Standard Delivery Policy
Deliveries take place between 8:00am and 17:00pm
We do not delivery on Sunday’s and Public Holidays
You will be contacted on the morning of your delivery to confirm an estimated time of delivery.
Delivery Fees
Free delivery within 5km on orders over R800
Delivery within 10km R100 fee
Delivery within 15km R200 fee
Delivery within 20km R300 fee
Anything further will need to be arranged.
Packaging
Our meat products are vacuum sealed and neatly packed.
Please do note that our packaging is NOT designed to keep your perishable meat products cold and fresh for long periods. Even though your package will be delivered to you according to every health standard, we urge all customers to immediately place their meat products in a fridge or cooling facility.
REFUND POLICY
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items are checked on delivery. Once the customer signs for delivery that serves as an acknowledgment that the order in its entirety has been checked in full and is delivered complete. The customer further acknowledges that the order was received in good condition.
Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address designated by you for delivery during the registration process (“Delivery Address”) to receive and sign for the delivery as some of the Goods may be perishable and must be refrigerated or put into the freezer as soon as they are delivered.
There may be circumstances where delivery is delayed due to circumstances that are unfortunately beyond our control, such as a high traffic volume and or bad weather conditions.
In the case where the customer wants to complain or compliment Bruchs Butchery & Deli, the customer must send an email to [email protected]
All Bruchs Butchery & Deli products shall be handled as per the storage guideline.
In the case where the product has been temperature abused Bruchs Butchery & Deli shall not be liable for any damage caused.
The product return policy validity (please see below) and it is the client’s responsibility to either return the product within the specified time frame or contact the sales representative in order to arrange for collection, within the specified time frame.
All purchases (Meat) shall be returned within one day of purchase.
If any of the above did not adhere to Bruchs Butchery & Deli may not consider the claim.
The process to be followed when returning a product:
* It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to Bruchs Butchery & Deli at their expense (or unless approved by the General Manager).
* The product returned shall be in its original packaging
* The proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) shall accompany all claims.
* After the product has been received it shall be assessed by the Manager, and the outcome shall be communicated to the customer. The outcome of the assessment will determine whether the claim is valid or invalid.
* If the claim is valid, the refund shall be done as per the original payment i.e. if the product were purchased in cash the refund shall be in cash.
* It remains the sole discretion of management to replace, refund, partial refund, or reject any claim.
